Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for our clients based in the United States. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the US staffing process, visa classifications, and various hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099).

Key Responsibilities

• Work on IT requirements from US-based clients, understanding job descriptions and required technical skills.
• Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Negotiate rates/salary and terms with candidates and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT).
• Familiarity with US time zones and ability to work night shifts as required.
• Proven experience in sourcing through various channels and using job boards effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with VMS clients or tier-1 vendors.
• Prior experience recruiting for niche technologies or senior-level IT roles.
• Familiarity with ATS tools like Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL, etc.
