IT Recruiter
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles and the recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT talent to meet our growing business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top IT talent.
- Use various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to find candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using an ATS or CRM.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Stay up to date on current trends in tech recruitment and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field.
- [2-5]+ years of experience as a technical recruiter or in IT staffing.
- Solid understanding of technical skills, tools, and job functions (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, QA).
- Proven experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
