Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. You will be responsible for connecting with potential or existing customers to provide information, generate leads, or resolve queries, depending on the campaign.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services or collect information.
  • Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product or service knowledge to accurately inform and assist callers.
  • Record details of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions in the system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Follow scripts and comply with company guidelines and call etiquette.
  • Coordinate with sales, support, or other internal teams when required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a telecalling, telesales, or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain confident under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in BPO, call center, or telesales environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if required).
