HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to join our team. This role involves supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about building a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support HR reporting and audits as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in an HR role (generalist or specialist).
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
