HR Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to join our team. This role involves supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR reporting and audits as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in an HR role (generalist or specialist).
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS tools.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
