Job Summary

As a Salesforce Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating Salesforce training programs for diverse audiences ranging from beginners to advanced users. Your role is critical in ensuring that learners can effectively navigate and utilize Salesforce products to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive Salesforce training sessions (live virtual, in-person, or recorded) tailored to various audiences
• Develop training materials, user guides, presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments
• Customize training programs based on organizational or client-specific requirements
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and incorporate relevant changes into training content
• Provide post-training support and mentorship to learners as needed
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update content for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, L&D, IT) or clients to identify training needs and objectives

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Trainer or in a Salesforce-focused role (Developer/Admin/Consultant) with strong teaching capabilities
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM products, particularly [Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Admin / Developer / Marketing Cloud – customize as needed]
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (required); additional Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)
• Experience in designing and delivering technical training to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and virtual classroom technologies (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Moodle)
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Education, Computer Science, Business, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering corporate training programs
• Ability to teach both Admin and Developer tracks
• Instructional design background or certification (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, Instructional Designer)
