Job Summary

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, admins, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and platforms using APIs, web services, and middleware
• Build and maintain workflows, process builders, validation rules, flows, and custom objects
• Participate in the full application lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, and support)
• Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (VS Code, SFDX, Git, etc.)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II or other certifications (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD processes for Salesforce development
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with third-party Salesforce applications (e.g., Conga, DocuSign, etc.)
• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud
