HR Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. This is a key leadership role that helps shape a positive, productive, and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for all departments.
- Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Lead performance management and appraisal processes.
- Organize training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Build and maintain a positive organizational culture and internal communication.
- Maintain HR reports and dashboards; analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and mentor the HR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and HR systems.
- Proven leadership, people management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HRIS/HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in [industry-specific – e.g., IT, manufacturing, startup, services].
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Exposure to organizational development, talent management, or employer branding.
