Business Development Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, recruitment, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
