Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and build a high-performing hiring process. You will be responsible for designing and implementing talent strategies, leading the recruitment team, partnering with department heads, and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across all functions.
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and forecast future hiring.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters and coordinators.
  • Create and maintain effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through events, content, and engagement campaigns.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong people management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of talent trends, employer branding, and sourcing techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in [industry-specific – e.g., tech, staffing, healthcare, SaaS].
  • Exposure to global recruitment or diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) are a plus.
