Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented US Immigration Consultant to manage and support our clients’ or employees’ US immigration needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of U.S. immigration laws and procedures, particularly employment-based visas like H-1B, L-1, OPT, CPT, and Green Card processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end U.S. immigration processes for individuals and businesses, including H-1B, L-1, B1/B2, F1, OPT, STEM OPT, PERM, I-140, and I-485 filings.
• Prepare and file immigration petitions and supporting documentation with USCIS and DOL.
• Stay up to date with the latest changes in U.S. immigration policies, laws, and regulations.
• Liaise with attorneys, employers, and clients to ensure smooth processing and compliance.
• Track visa statuses, renewal dates, and maintain accurate immigration records.
• Provide consultations to employees or clients on immigration options and next steps.
• Respond to RFE (Requests for Evidence) and support audits or investigations as needed.
• Support onboarding and immigration-related queries for international employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in U.S. immigration consulting or legal services.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. visa categories and procedures (especially H-1B, L-1, F1, OPT, PERM, etc.).
• Experience with USCIS and DOL portals and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with IT staffing firms or legal immigration consultancies.
• Familiarity with immigration case management tools (e.g., INSZoom, LawLogix).
• Paralegal or legal assistant background is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
